I have lived in some extremely nice apratments in other states, and this one is very nice. This place falls within the quality and service of those apartments. We got an apartment with an attached garage which is why we have not had problems with parking or vandalism. Unfortunately all apartments are vulnerable to car vandalism even with the automatic gates, because people abuse the gates to the point of breaking them. So plan ahead for a garage.

When we first moved in, there were some red ants in our master bedroom. We also saw a roach once a week in the kitchen. We had the place sprayed immediately through a call to the office staff and now there is nothing. The management has been great to respond to any repairs or bug issues. We live on the ground level where bugs can come in easily, and we have no problems with bugs at this time.

The convenience of this location is incredible. We have the Seminole Mall, Target, Sam's Club, Publix, Walmart all within a mile of the complex. We may have to move to get closer to our new jobs and I will have a hard time getting anything this nice with this many conveniences with out paying a higher price (We are paying $1200 for a spacious 2 bed/2 bath).

As for crime, we live in the back of the complex where other respondents are assuming all the crime is. I have experienced none of this.

As for sound, I can not here my neighbors except for a little bit of "walk" noise. There was a couple who used to have a room above our bedroom as a room for thier dogs. These 2 very large dogs ran in circles all evening. That was annoying but not very loud. Since they have moved a family took their place and we hear nothing. This is a very quite place.
