This place is terrible now, it has changed so much since I moved in back in 06. The staff has changed several times for good and bad, the only girl in the office that knew anything or helped anyone is gone, Susan was a very nice and helpful person. The office staff doesn't help out with anything, the manager is always busy and doesn't return calls, it is a joke. The old management was great before this company took over.. The community isn't safe anymore, the pats aren't worth their price, the cabinets are peeling and have water damage, the parking is a joke, this place is not safe either, my car got broken into in broad daylight and my electric bill is usually around $320 for a small 2 bedroom. Rediculous! I used to think that this would be my home for a very long time but, no way now. The only good things that have come out of this experience lately is I have 1 more mth before I can move into my new house and the office got rid of the jackass that was the assistant manager. Now they just need to replace everyone else in there. I would have moved sooner but, the fees to terminate are out of this world. No one cares about the residents anymore, it's sad. Good luck to anyone that falls for their crap and moves in!

woah, 320 a month? Something is wrong there. I live here too in a one bedroom and my electricity bill is 75$ a month. It has been for the past five or so years. You should check and see if something is wrong with your AC. Have the power company come out and look at your meter to see if they are accidentally adding someone else's apt to your bill and see if one appliance is maybe overgenerating electricity or something. That's just crazy.

Yep, I checked with them. They said it could be from my a/c that breaks down all the time. It has never been fixed correctly. I asked for reimbursement but, nothing. I wish mine was as low as yours. It is just me in the apartment too. I give up!
