This apartment complex was extremely high I thought for the two small rooms you get with a two bedroom. They were fairly old, I have heard they are renovating them though. The rent varied from person to person. It seems they gave breaks to some while charging extremely high rates to others. The differences were anywhere from like $25 to $200 for the same apartments. Sounds kind of bogus to me. The bugs were a major problem and the pool would get gators and feces in it. There was a problem with theft and some break ins. Overall, I suppose that happens in apartment complexes from time to time but there are better places to rent for the amount of money paid there.
