I have had a difficult time being comfortable at Regatta Shores during the time I have lived here, which has been too long (1.5 years). Throughout my experience, Regatta has had ongoing construction which has put myself and others in danger at times. The only reason they are under ongoing construction is to save themselves from lawsuits. The place is infested with mold and is a very unhealthy place for children and those who have respitory problems. I do NOT recommend you live here.
