i lived there until their water heat pipling flooded my apartment, it was so bad the floor started sinking in and flooded all the way to the first floor (i was on the 3rd). we tried calling matience but no one came i had to call the fire department to turn the water off...they said they would pay for a hotel to put us up in since our apartment was deamed uninhabitable. but i'm still looking for that one.. they almost wouldn't let us out of our lease but our lawyer took care of that one.
