Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004
 
I moved in in October 2003 so I've missed the midge hatching (although I've seen them before elsewhere). My appartment has been totally rennovated, new everything. I've never seen a roach or ant in my appartment. My one maintenance call was taken care of quickly.
