Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005
 
Maintenance is a joke - it takes several attempts to have something taken care of - if they even come out at all. Office Staff is OK - Ann is Great, but the 'other' one is a waste of DNA - if you give her a Maintenance reguest, whe will doddle on her calendar and that is the end of that request. Security - The Gate is usually open 24x7. People climb the fence all the time - they cut the barbed wire and Maintenance said - its been like that! (they would rather make an excuse than just fix it!)
