The Gate is always open. Parking is a pain in the butt you have to get home from work by 5:00 to get something close to your building. Not enought lights in the parking lot. If you pay your rent online expect them to call you and tell you your rent is late ! They do not check their computer to see the rent was paid already and on time! You can hear your neighbors breath. Walls are very thin. The smells from others apartments are noticeable, good thing whomever lives by me is a good cook. Or at least it smells like it. New Community Manager is a joke. She puts out the time to pay your rent signs at the enterance the 1st of the month.

I am tempted to put out.. time to fix the gate, time to fix the lights, time to clean the pool, time to respond to maintanance requests, time to do your job sign.

There has been some crime here. A fatal shooting, a few breaking and entering ( I got this info from the news and in the newspaper)
The trash compacter is often overflowing and garbage all over the sidewalk next to it.

Only one good person who works in the office her name is Anne. If you leave a message for anything don't expect to hear back. If you request something in your apartment fixed or looked at don't hold your breth, or you would be dead if you did. Not to much in Sanford to choose from so for the area this place is ok. Could be a lot better. New property manager was to improve a lot of things but so far there have been no improvements that I can see.
