Poor Management

Years at this apartment: 2003-01-01 - 2005-01-01

Always in need of repair, used to be more energy efficient before three hurricanes and now all buildings have visible damage to siding and woodwork. They want to make the property look good with new signage and shrubs but neglect the facilities, especially the fitness room.
