Move in here if you have money to throw away to replace electronics & fork out deductibles everytime your car is stolen. From the moment I was handed my keys I had problems. They say we're working on it, we'll have it fixed soon and I'll take care of it. Don't fall for this! They say anything to get you out of the office. You think an alarm system works in here' Don't waste your money. Save that money and instead purchase another lock for your door. No forced entry'! How many times does this have to happen before there's an investigation' Beginning in 2006 there were 5 robberies which occured all on a Friday afternoon. Everytime I see someone in the parking lot they're telling me they were robbed. Get out and talk with your neigbors. Be proactive! I hope you don't think the office is going to share this information with you. They're money hungry. They don't care about your safety. They care about that money. You know what's funny' They give you a newsletter every month and in every issue there is a section saying "Just call the Regatta Shores office, if there is anything we can do to make you feel more at home." Oh sure, you can call, but don't expect any action behind their words. The parking lot lights NEVER work! I take that back, they work . . . in the DAY TIME! I can't tell you how many times i've heard this one . . "We're working something out with an electrical company". It has been over a year. BS! How can you feel good about yourself at the end of the day knowing you just sold another lease and you haven't done a damn thing for your current tenants' Stop wasting money on pool parties and appreciation week. Start showing us appreciation by keeping the apartments maintained and fixing the problems in this community! Expect to be treated wonderfully until you sign that lease. It's all about the benjamins baby! I understand the cost of living has sky rocketed. I've kept my end of the deal by paying rent every month. I think it's about time management holds their end of the deal by providing customer service!
