This place is pathetic

I'm a student at Delta Connection Academy, and my school rents from Regatta for student housing. Moving here was not my choice, but if you have a choice, stay far away from this complex.
Moving in, the apartment itself was in horrendous condition. The carpets and hardwood floors were filthy, the drawers were all broken in the kitchen, the track lights were on the floor, this place was absolutely terrible.
The construction has been a constant pain, what with the noise, the dangers of the construction itself, and the messes that the workers left behind.
The balcony issue was another major drawback. With none of the windows able to open, the lack of outside air made the place feel more dismal, especially in the time of the year when an open window would have been a nice change.
Water shutoff's have been frequent and often unannounced. Its bad enough that the water tastes terrible, but when you need to take a shower only to find that the water is off and stays off for much of the day, four hours at least if not more, it leaves one feeling more than irritated.
Just don't come here. Do yourself and your family a favor and stay far, far away from this damned place.
