We moved here just a month ago and this is what we have gone through since. Our bathroom sinks do not work, the toilet makes a horrible sound when you flush, wires hanging in both bedrooms where ceiling fans are to go, the 2nd bathroom toilet leaks when you flush and I have called the office 5 times within the month and today being the last call and all they could say is did you make a maint. call'''''' Then they said someone would be over today to look at it. It is close of business and no one has shown up. Only 11 months to go and we will be out of this bad decision we made.

If you complain enough and take pictures and document everything and call the people who own the complex you can get out of your lease like we did!

I agree with the response. I sent a letter to United Dominion explaining that the barbed wire had been cut off the back gate & people were jumping over the fence. It had been that way for months & months with many complaints to the office staff, but suddenly after I sent the note they had someone out fixing it. I don't blame you for wanting to get out of there ASAP - best of luck getting out of your lease and finding a decent place to live!
