Gee, I really like my apartment. I have lived here for almost 2 years and am getting my friend to move here in the next few months. She told me to check this site out and I am just amazed with what people have to say. I really like the community and my apartment. I just love the access to the patio from my bedroom in addition to the living room. I have a view of the lake and it is just breathtaking. It is one of the main reasons I moved in. I love to drink my coffee and read the paper in the morning on my patio. It did cost more, but it is so worth it, who doesn't like the water' The girls in the office are always nice, and always seem to care. Maintenance isn't so bad. I remember I had some things that needed done when I moved in. They did most, but one they did not do. It wasn't a big deal so I just waited til the next time I went in for an air filter and it got done the next day. The construction was tough, because I love my patio and my view. It was very hard when they closed off my doors. But it is brand new, and I am glad they made changes (the yellow and blue colors were not my favorite) I did alot of hunting before I moved in. This place by far was better in price, location, and the people in the office were sincere. Every place is always gonna have some good and bad, but you know that is just how it goes.. With pretty much everything in life. But life is too short to be so angry, make the right decisions based on what you find.. not with what you read, some of the things I read is just rediculous. I am very glad I moved here.

I am gad that someone likes it here, and is happy with it here. You are right n what you say about everything in life being this way... But honestly the only thing i like here is the price....we dont have a lake front view, but we do have a little creek in the back with alot of green stuff.
