Mark is a temp and is more interested in doodling then writing down actual work issues. They are killing poor Don, having stressed the only maintenance guy into a heart attack. Katie is only good for her fake smiles otherwise she couldn't care. Lawanda (resident mgr)tells residents who complain that there are other locations for them to move to and don't bother her as she is too busy. Get this they charge real cheap to move in with a brand new lease. However, if you are renewing enjoy the major increase and if you dare request month to month there is a $150 per month add on. They did major work on the property but never measured. The new staircases are so narrow they can't get a refridgerator up or down it. Forget about moving a washer or dryer. If you live on the 2nd or 3rd floors you have to leave it in the laundry room cuz you cant move the washer or dry down, then they chrge you for leaving it. If you love mold you found the place. I asked them to remove the mold from the vents and was told by old maintenance people it is too costly, so they wip down the grill or replace it. One poor lady on the other side of the property had to get a air tank cuz the backup of waster...yes I said waste krept into her home and ruined her stuff. luckily she has renters insurnace. Also mold poured down her walls as it faced the moist outside wall and they still havent finished fixing it.

Also, people who have issues with you are allowed to post negative information around the property and not get evicted. Another friend of mine had this done to him. Property manager was more angry over his cursing at the offfice then the lies and slander written. Guess what! They slapped the guy who admitted it on the hands and said dont do it again. I hear he's suing the guy and proprty.
