OMG, I hope you like singing toads and frogs because that's all I can hear on the backside of this property. The sound radiates into my bedroom from dusk to dawn!

When I first moved in I got a great deal and they were pretty helpful getting me into the complex. However, my mailbox door wouldn't close properly because the lock was broken. I informed them right away - the box didn't get fixed for at least 2 - 3 months and no one bothered to communicate anything to me. Sometimes I found my mail all over the floor!

I just find that if you communicate to the office, overall they are friendly to you at the time but nothing actually gets done. My renewal is coming up soon and I'm seriously thinking about moving even though it would be a strain on me at this time.

I had appartment in Regatta Shores for a year it was the worst experience I 100% belive this person. Thier management is worse the pretend to be very nice before you get in once you are in they are very nasty. After refuse to sign a new lease and left they send me bill for almost 2000 for resurfacing the bathtub and repairs even through I paid all the rent on times. When I refuse to pay they send that bill to a collection agency when I asked for proof collection agency told me they are going to find it. But after few weeks collection agency reported to my credit.
