I was a resident for 24 months CORPORATE ACCT with no complaints and timely rent payments. I was assaulted on July 4th coming home from a event ( b/c i am a distributor)get this at 11:30 pm i was unloading my car when i was attacked. I proceeded to call the police which couldn't do a thing because its my word (a female) against his (a male?) I was so upset that i have been treated in this unprofessional matter from the sanford police department. So, I called the property MANAGER the following day she told me she was eating breakfast (like she needs more breakfast) and had to deal with my assault later??? The old man that attacked me is also a resident and he was treated like a king? I am appalled by the sanford POLICE, by regattas STAFF and there HORRIBLE property MANAGEMENT. Do yourself the favor DO NOT TAKE THE CHANCE WITH SUCH NEGLECTFUL APARTMENT COMPLEX!!!! I am out of here. THANK GOD!
