When I moved to this complex it was almost empty. I loved the unit, 2 BR 1 bath, screened in porch ample storage. But I guess with the good comes the bad, roaches, millions of them. I tried everything and I could never get rid of them. My home was broken into on numerous occasions, once even in broad daylight, and I hadn't been gone more than an hour, and they stole my dvd player, dawn (dish detergent) and surf (laundry detergent). I had to pay to have deadbolt locks put on my doors, it was like living in prison. I lived there my lease was up, and by then the neighborhood was totally ruined.
So, if you receive AFDC, food stamps, or section 8, and your boyfriend or baby daddy will be using your residence to set up shop, this is the place for you. If you are hardworking, honest, and want a little peace and quiet when you come home from work, or on the weekends when you just want to relax with your kids......don't even consider this place. If you don't beleive me, just ride through anytime during the week after 5p.m, or after 9 on Friday or Saturday night.
