I had lived in the complex back in the mid-nineties, and loved it. But when I went back, I had a rude awakening.
The carpet was awful, some sort of striped multicolored stuff, not to mention it was filthy. I had to thouroughly clean the apartment with bleach before I would even bring any of my stuff in. And it was cleaner when I left than it had been when I moved in. I should have taking pictures, because the landlord (Les Norris) actually tried to charge me with a 200 dollar cleaning fee. Who cleaned it before I moved in' The repair guy is a joke, he spoke little English and reaaly scared me, I was unsure if I wanted to live in a complex where the maintaince looked like a stalker and had access to my apartment. Not to mention that he never fixed anything. This place was a joke. I may as well lived right on 13th Street.

The manager you are talking about is LES MORRIS and his sons. The maintence people are Augie Hazim & John Begic. I agree with your assessment 100%!!!
