nice apartments if they upgrade but TERRIBLE service, parking, etc. if needed

I love the apartment I live in for an apt. Near the lake is the best part. But if you plan to have a problem fixed, don't count on the staff....if they don't get the apartment number wrong they might decide to not even show up. You have to tell them over and over if you are at home and you don't want the bug man to come beating down your door and letting themselves in on you. If the neighbors blare the music until 3:00 in the morning and you have a newborn....it doesn't bother them so why should they try to help you out. Needless to say I wouldn't recommned it and I'm ready to move.
