I have lived at sailpointe for almost 14 months. I took two 7 mo leases of which most places dont let you do. I love my view of the lake and am also overlooking pool and work outroom. Ok so the buildings arent so new and need to be kept up, for crying out loud they fix it if you tell them. Have no problems with my apartment. These people complaining need to just go get a house, your gonna have things like they mention in any complex...just in a house you cant blame anyone. If i need a light changed or something fixed, the guys are there that day or have it fixed the next.

Good area, I4 right there, the lake, now soon the riverwalk, downtown, the dog park, the mall, restaurants, ext. Great place. Really like and the staff is actually very helpfull.........plan to stay here for a while

I am getting ready to move there on may 1, 2006. Can anyone tell me more about the neighborhood? I'm single bringing a roomie.
