Avoid like the plague

Sailpointe was once a pleasant community. However, with the advent of last seasons hurricanes, the entire community has become a sinking ship.
The inadequate management is reflected by incomprehensibly ignorant maintenance.
This coupled with the admission of "questionable" tenants, as well as the lack of repair, maintenance and management leads to a huge NO when renewing the lease. Also, the "pool trash clique" must be avoided
Mold and mildew are the reigning things in the apartments. Insects are also a problem as the pest control is as equally non-effective as the Sailpointe staff. Please avoid this place as you would the plague.
