We lived in Sailpointe for a month and a half, and it was only nice for about a week, and then the problems began. I don't even know where to begin. It was one thing after another with the leaks the bugs the smells. Maintenance was no help either was the managment. I have no idea why they think it is o.k to be renting those out. Somebody needs to go out there and condem them. After an expensive dry cleaning bill and a stained matress and dresser they finally let us out of our lease and wouldn't even give us our full deposit back. I hate sailpointe don't ever move in there.
