Probably Wouldn't recommend

Very nice place when my fiance and I moved in. Had maintenance issues from the first day we moved in (heavy water leakage that caused a mildew problem in the wall and carpet) that took 3 months to finally get fixed. Fixed isn't really true though cause even the day we moved out it wasn't totally taken care of. It finally took a threat of holding out rent to get a serious look into the problem. Grounds were well maintained. Being next to Lake Monroe has some downsides during midge and lovebug seasons (not Sailpointe's fault here). I offered to help out the sailpointe community on my free time and covering costs and was told I could. Then management changed and was harassed so I no longer offered my services. So much for giving back to the commmunity. The one positive aspect was that I occasionally would do auto maintenance and was not bothered. Some places will raise a huge stink even if you don't leave messes and are quite. Better trash management could be done... often the dumpster would overflow. Overall, I probably wouldn't recommend this complex with the current management. I have lived at worse places though. Never had a problem with quality of neighbors like it seemed others have. This was one of the few non-rent restricted places. Much nicer places closer to I4 but they are rent restricted.
