We moved from Palm Beach,fl and didnt really know the area. But living right off the water at the price seemed great considering how much living off the water in palm beach is.Unfortunately Sailpointes neighbors turned out to be the ghetto. And thats not even a 10th of the problem.Once we moved in the cabinets had water damage. The stove, washer and dryer seemed like it made its debut in an ancient history book. There is only 1 cable hookup in the whole apartment. The said they changed the carpet before we moved in..NOT!! They said they would fix my list of issues with the apartment soon after I move in..and there I was moving out and its in the same condition...I thought the old mangement was horrible. Not until ZOM management came into the picture..------- the assistant director of the property has to be the most unexperienced, unprofessional, uneducated, disresp person I have ever encountered. Its like They recruited there staff from the unemployement office and gave them corny sweaters to wear and fake pearls.Parking is a nightmare,we parked two buildings away everday. It took me and my husband to swim to our fridge for mantainence to come and fix the leak. Not to mention if they are doing an expection the knock once and come right into your apartment. The midges are disgusting they are all over your car they get into your house and cover you when u leave ur apartment, it's like living in the jungle or Africa.Overall everything was horrible besides the walk off the water.(when there were no midges).DEFINITELY LOOK ELSEWHERE!!!

I agree wholeheartedly about the assistant manager...she was rude to me on several occassions when I was making very simple requests of her. It's like I was an inconvenience to her...when I'm sure she was being paid EXTREMELY well to be professional and helpful. I had hoped Zom would have made the place better, but I see that they're doing no better than EPOCH.

I have to totally disagree with the previous comments. I just moved in when the fire happened and management worked there tails off to do everything for there residents. Placing all their focus on getting everyone taken care of and back to normal. I would recommend that instead of bashing management....grow up and go in and talk with them about your issues.

That's funny, because after the fire management was running around like chickens with their heads cut off trying to figure out what to do. It wasn't until the Sanford Fire Department directed them to Red Cross did they find out what to do. Red Cross was the ones who gave the gift voutures out for the residents, and Red Cross was the one who directed the property on what to do...So Perhaps you shouldn't go around bragging about how well they handled the fires since they needed help to figure out what to do about a situation which requires minimal landlord skill...perhaps you should say how great the Red Cross was since those are the people who were TRULY there for the residents.
What makes you think that we didn't let Sailpointe know about our issues? Do you think we're stupid enough to sit around with these major problems and just pray that the maintenance gods will come make it all better? Of course we told them.

i have to say that i think that management is great, especially kriston the assistant property manager. everytime i needed anything, she always called to follow up and was always professional and courteous. i seriously would check other apartment communities out before believing the staff here is rude and stupid, trust me, the past two apartments i have lived in where i paid double had the worlds biggest idiots working there.....
