Sail Pointe was recently bought by ZOM and they have gone from bad to worse..they raised the rent in mid lease, took 3 months to fix smoke detector, kitchen sink leaks, replacement washing machine sat in kitchen for 5 days until I hooked it up my self, as of today ice maker sprays water out on the counter when turned on.

Bottom line it is so bad I have two apartments in sanford one at sail pointe until next month and one at Westlake.
