I don't know what the bad reviews are about, I have lived here since June and I love it. Everything is fresh and new. Everything in my apartment was brand new when I moved in. Whenever I call to have something fixed, it's done right away and then they follow up to let me know.
I've even had them go out of there way to have someone trespassed off the property because they didn't recognize them from my apartment.
As to people being stuck up...I really don't get that!! The people I have met here are some of the nicest people I have ever had the priviledge of being neighbors with!!
Management throws a pool party with a DJ and free food/beer and they put out a newsletter each month to keep us informed.
So, maybe some of you have had a bad experience..but I absolutely love it here. Hopefully those of you who are unhappy will leave soon so we can actually park near our apartment at night!!!!!!!!!

Do you work at Sailpointe or did someone pay you to write this? if everything in your apartment was new it's because they had to replace it because it was burned in one of the three fires they have had since I've lived there. Have someone trespassed? Please! The homeless lady that used to take a bath in the hot tub got away with four warnings before managment would give the police consent to arrest. There has never been beer served at the pool. That would be a liability risk. This place has been horrible since ZOM took over. Glad your happy. It won't last for long.

really, someone put you up to this review...
theyve never served beer at the pool parties. Its a bunch of 12 year old girls running around while the "DJ" plays 70's music.
my microwave is a turn dial.
the a/c drains into the shower above your head
everything is old and crumbling
are you sure you lived at sailpointe?
