I've lived here 2 months, not only did our ceiling leak but when they came to fix it maintenance proceeded to break my boyfriends computer and mess with his playstation. They show up unannounced, early in the morning. They redid our patio which was fine, and now our apartment reaks of paint. Overpriced and ridiculous!!!! We're out of here as soon as we can get out!!!

so nice to see they are the same.........not really.....I left over a year ago and cannot say I miss it at all. I wasn't sure what was going on after T.S. Fay but I noticed porta potties in the parking lot and the stench was sickening. They never kept that fountain flowing near the pool so there was always stagnant water around. When bombarded in a midge nightmare because one of their guys left my porch door open so it was filled with midges to the point that the porch and my green door were black, I was told they did not have so much as a can of bug spray and shrugged their shoulders. GOOD LUCK to you and I hope you escape soon. That place is a pit but was once nice with great neighbors. Now it is more like a housing project since the hurricanes in 04. I suppose that was the catch to getting Fed money. They can paint and do whatever but it is still putting perfume on a pig. No this is not a Palin or Obama saying but a SailPointe saying or whatever they call it there these days. God Bless you poor people that got in there without being warned.
