First off, I find it extremely strange and suspicious that there were no reviews for 1 entire month, and then no reviews for 3 months before that and then suddenly there are 4 reviews on the same day - all making use of the same writing style' Obviously the management is trying to beef up their rep. Good luck with that one since we all know what the real sailpointe is like, and for those who don't - pay very close attention!
1. I have lived in this dump for just under 1 year now - I CANNOT WAIT UNTIL MY LEASE IS UP! The carpet was filfthy when I moved in and there was a dead cockroach on the floor (not the tiny kind, I'm talking the Mac Daddy of all cockroaches). Couldn't they have even bothered to clean it up. Nope - Instead I get this nasty welcome from the leader of our 5000 co-occupants.
2. The apartments are in desperate need of updating. My cupboards look like the ones on "Three's Company"
3. My electric bill for our 1 bedroom apartment is over $250 on a consistent basis; I have told management about this several times, and they still will not send anyone to check it out - obviously something is wrong since I am not home 12 hours out of the day and I am very conservative.
4. The midges are horrible - The best way to describe them is "swarms" and then poop all over your car, and fly into your ears. And yes I know we live on a lake...blah blah blah...but they're not nearly as bad at other places in Sanford that I've lived.
5. The homeless people and break-ins have got to stop. Can we get some security please' My neighbor got her stereo stolen right out of her car, and 3 other people got broken into as well.
6. Office is rude and dysfunctional. That's all I have to say.
7.I heard about the person's friend who got jumped at the pool one night by a group of drunken kids with absolutely no provocation. They beat her bad!
8. Bring your pooper scooper kids if you wanna play in the yard. The huge dogs they let live here poop all over and no one bothers to clean it up. It smells quite rank in the heat.
So management can keep writing false reviews all you want. The rest of us are here to let everyone know the truth about Sailpointe. Don't bring your family here - it is not safe, clean, or enjoyable. And with the trash they're letting move in here now, it's only a matter of time before the DEA starts busting down doors around here. I think I may just leave early.
There are much better places you can live in Sanford.

As for the points made, 5, 6, and 7 I don't have any knowledge of but all other points made are very accurate. I don't *hate* the complex but it has had a very spotty history. I had a gap in my window panes most likely due to warping of the frame from weather over the years. The gap was plenty large enough for any bug to crawl through and I have seen a wide variety of beetles, roaches, ants, and spiders in my home. When I approached the complex about fixing it they refused saying nothing could be done.
