I can not believe that people get so emotional. I think it is a great community and I know this because I have lived here for six years. I have seen a lot of change. I have a very hard time believing the things I have read. Any time I have requested pest control they have come, I am so sorry you found a roach, but wake up you live in florida!In six years I have lived in 3 diffrent apartments and never had any of the issues I have read.

You think people are too emotional about the issues? You must work for them and get things for free then. Whoopie pest control. Ever watch him? Squirt under the kitchen sink and in where the washer is.... MIDGES or no seeums...when you can't tell paint color it is a bad situation. Stupid maint left porch door open doing another invasion without calling per usual....I came home to find a porch LOADED with midges. You could hear them first. Office did not even have a can of bug spray. OH and wait till you try to get your deposit back and they lie to you. Can't find your records sorry.....other company must have kept them. Climbed through my window too, construction broke two windows and tore screens broke blinds blamed us. Have you seen the rats yet? Wait.......think the birds hang out for nothing? I had a hawk on my rail several times then swoop to the ground and fly away happy. Neighbor had dead rat in house after his trip. Seen under the stucco? Perfume on a pig.....live in your la la land. I was there five years....dangerous and so what if there do not appear to be sex offenders. Druggies better? How about carloads of people who don't live there but drive in, park their cars and asses at the pool and dare you to take them on. Oh you can't.....racial ya know so office won't touch it. I loved some of my neighbors. It use to be a nice community but since the hurricanes it is a housing project with a fancy name. Do I hate it there.....YOU BETCHA.... if you don't have to live in Sanford, do yourself a favor and move a few towns away. Nicer people, caring govt and Police Depts not quite so overwhelmed or whatever. They smashed windows on over a dozen vehicles one night, stole my center pieces off my wheels for prizes I guess and screwed up my lock. FYI.....check empty apartments sometimes. Unless mgmt got better which I doubt, they don't lock the empty places. Wonder why there are fires? Let's see now.....homeless, open empty apartments especially first floor facing the lake or road hmmmmmm. Yup I sure felt safe, that is why I moved.
