I would go with what the others are saying - these positives have all been written by management. There were and unbelievable amount of fires, break ins, mold issues, vandalism, midges.

Don't waste your money.

you summed it up so short and well.....wish I could do that but I am beyond angry with them now...still trying to get almost 2k back
