I am sad to read all the negative reviews. I live at Sailpointe and I feel like they are being judged unfairly. I have always been treated fairly by the office and I don't feel like they are getting enough credit. I also think the area deserves a little more credit. Sanford is not a bad area and they have made a lot of improvements in a very short amount of time. I strongly disagree with the reviews and think more of the actual residents should give their opinion. I should know I live here. Qlkxv6lfLuuXn3BrtpO7

You should come look at Lexington Club @ HUnters creek in Deland. I went to saile pointe and put money down on an apartment. My neice lived there for a bit. She was very unhappy. The apartment needed many repairs that never happened while she was there. Where I am in lexington, we're gated and I pay less and get more. Come talk to Kimi and tell her that Pam from the internet sent ya! I get a referral fee if you move in.
