Years at this apartment: 2008 - 2009

Unless you like ants (they tried to exterminate them many times without success), mold (could not get rid of it either), leaky roof (they installed tarps on the roof of many apartments for many months while I was there), clogged drains, being overcharged (both for monthly rate and for your deposit), don't move to Sailpointe at Lake Monroe in Sanford, Florida.
