Sanford Landing has a beautifl landscape. A central pond, that can be fished from, and weel groomed lawns. Because of Central Florida rain, there can be alot of standing water and very soggy grass. Therefore, if you have a dog, walking it can be messy!
The apartment my wife and I live in is a 2bd, 1 bth loft. It is not the biggest two bedroom apartment and the bathroom is alittle small. Yet, the bedrooms are a very good size and the loft design is open and airy. Overall, we really like this apartment, even though it is not the largest two bedroom we have lived in. It is probably our favorite. Good closet and storage space.
