I lived at Sanford Landing for 2 years while I was attending school with Delta Connection
Academy. I was extreamly pleased with the maintenance staff. The office staff was very nice, knows and cares about everyone. I never lived where it really felt like home and I really needed that while I was getting through school. The grounds were kept up well and the staff always had great functions for all the residents.(They made me feel special).
If you are looking for a quiet and well maintained place to live and want to be spoiled-Sanford Landing would be the place to be.
