I lived at Sanford Landing with my boyfriend for approx. 8 months. We did not stay out our lease for private reasons, totally unrelated to Sanford Landing and/or its staff. In fact, had we not experienced some personal difficulty we would have stayed there until possibly one day purchasing our own house. The foliage that surrends the complex makes it seem almost exotic, while the floorplans are spacious and well laid out. In fact, we both agree that the apartment may have been too big for us even. When we reported to Patty that we had been having some personal problems she offered helpful advice, as well as trying to find a solution that would work for us. Those who have said that the staff is insincere apparently never stopped to sit down and really talk with them before writing beligerant reviews. I doubt that we will ever find a place like Sanford Landing again, don't let the opportunity to live at Sanford Landing pass you by. With the reasonable rental rates and their acceptance of responsible college students like ourselves, you really can't go wrong.
