Me and my family just moved here from ohio, and rented an apartment here. We are shocked to read the reviews other people wrote about these apartments. It took us a long time to pick an apartment that we wanted to live at in Sanford, (by the reviews of other apartments in sanford, I'm glad we chose here.)I don't have any complaints about my apartment. I don't know what other people are talking about with the parking, maybe I'm just lucky, but I always get to park close to our apartment. The staff is always nice when you have a problem. They get it fixed right away. Very professional and courteous maintenance men. I think we will definitely stay here until we can afford to buy a house.

I Don't think the parking is bad at all. I mean, you don't get to drive right up to your door or anything, but you can definitely unload the groceries in a reasonable amount of time. I can't remember ever having to park more than a few spaces away from my apartment. Maybe I have a good area though.
