I have lived at three different apartment complexes in sanford now, and this one has been the best by far. I like it because I'm not afraid to swim in the pool or walk around in the evening. I rarely hear any one with their stupid loud music driving by, and I don't ever hear my neighbors. At other places I heard them ALL THE TIME, and it seems like there was always homeless people wondering around at 1st place I lived. One homeless guy got pissed because I gave him food instead of money. I don't get bitten by mosquitos anymore either, and there aren't any fleas in my apartment like when I lived at Sailpointe (I didn't even have any animals, it was all from my neighbor's huge stinky dogs).

They were great when I called them about my front door light being out. I called, and they came and screwed a new bulb in for me in less than twenty minutes. They even let me borrow this lift thing to help hoist my washer and dryer into the upstairs part of my apartment...for free. This is the first time I actually don't feel pissed when I write my rent check.
