management is absolutely aweful. they never want to fix or take responsibility of the apartments problems. there are roaches. smoke from the downstairs apartment enters my apartment every day and it constantly makes my husband and i sick. my guests have gotten sick from it and they have complained. management calls us liars about the smoke. we are leaving in less than 30 days. and then management has the audacity to tell us that if we give our written notice to vacate in 60 days (like the lease states)that we would have to pay for the last 2 months worth of rent that we wont be here. which is a load of crap bc the lease states nothing like that what-so-ever so there liars and scammers. then they offer to fix the smoke problem after we give our 60 day notice and after they tell us that were making up the smoke and that they will not fix anything bc there is no problem to them. the management also stated that we will have to pay no matter what bc shes gonna tell people that our apartment is unavailable and that they cant rent it. funny thing is, is that my apartment is in a prime spot that everyone asks for when they come here to find a home. parking is aweful, there are health hazards, management is nonexistant and harasses their residents. I pay my rent every month and on time. there is no logical reasom for their absurd behavior.
