My husband and I are currently living at Sanford Landing. If not for finding a house, we would stay and continue renting with Sanford Landing. It was a long track from California to these apartments and we really enjoyed our stay here. Not only is the community very quiet, but we even received compliments from guests staying with us that thought highly of the community. Sanford Landing has a relaxing atmosphere and the management was nothing but professional and exceptional towards us in times of need, and helping when we needed assistance. Overall, it is a very good place to live for newlyweds and for those just starting off.
