Me and my family has called this home for almost a year, and we love it! I have lived in a few different palces in Sanford , but this is by far the nicest, and most friendly yet. The office staff have taken care of what few problems I have had.I feel safe walking my 2 yr old around the complex. At night theres not people hanging out everywhere, and security is always driving around. Me and my family definetly like it here and plan to stay at least another year before looking for a house.
