Management:

Management is responsive and very easy to deal with. Maintenance does enter your apartment sometimes to change the air filters and perform routine maintenance, but they leave a notice on your door to let you know when they'll be coming by. I like that I didn't have to pay a full month's deposit when I moved in, just half a month plus a fee for my cat ($200). My rent has not gone up since I moved in several years ago, which is quite nice. Some places raise your rent every time you renew.

Unit:

My unit was newly painted and newly remodeled with brand new carpeting when I moved in. It was very nice. There is a car washing and vacuuming station in the apartment complex, which is really convenient. There is a large lake with an island in the middle of the apartment complex. I love this because I have a child who likes to fish. He also really enjoys the ducks that are always on the lake. We like to go picnic on the island and feed the ducks.

Overall rating: Very positive.

I would recommend Sanford Landing without reservation. It's a nice place to live.
