We looked at other apartments and although one was nicer and cheaper, we decided to go with Sanford Landing because of the office staff. Being new to the area/state it was very reassuring to find people who cared and were very helpful. We were given one apartment that we were going to move into but for reasons beyond the control of management it was not going to be available on the date we wanted to move in. We were given another apartment on the otherside of the complex. I was alittle upset but when my husband spoke to someone in the office they were very apologetic and even offered to enclose our patio for free. Normally there is a charge for this but it was done as a courtesy for our inconvience. Patty, Jen and Stephanie are always there to help you even if it has nothing to do with the complex. I read the other reviews and cant seem to understand the negative ones but everyone has their own opinion. There is always a notice before they have to come into your apartment and it is not often unless you need them to fix something (which they do quickly). I have not had any problems with the neighbors- I think they are very nice, everyone says hello. All in all this is a great place to live.
