I currently live in a loft apartment. The apartment is average with plenty of space. The apartment is overpriced for what you get. The pool and grounds are kept nicely. The biggest issue I have is with noise from an adjacent apartment complex next door. If it weren't for the price, I would recommend Sanford Landing.
