I have lived at Sanford Landing going on 2 years. The apartments are very spacious and the grounds are well kept. The best thing at Sanford Landing is the LARGE POOL that is well taken care of. If you are looking for great maintenace this is the place. I Have lived in several other community in the area and have not had such good service, the work is done the same day or in the same week belive it or not I know that it sounds crazy but it is true. OH and the girls in the office are great if you need anything they are always ready to help if they can. I have read some of the reviews about the rent and prices, my thing is you pay for what you get and to me I rather have a nice place to live than worry about who my neighbors are. I think we all would agree to this. Sanford Landing is a nice place to live take it from a 2 year resident who is happy!
