Sanford Landing was a nice place to live. We have a neighborhood watch patrol due to theft in the complex. People who lived in the complex would walk at night. We knew many of them.

I have seen a neighbor fill out a police report and they moved several weeks later. Sorry to say the apartments aren't worth the rent. In the last few months I have seen many U-Haul trucks. Due to theft I'm afraid to put furniture out front. Some residents had come to me personally to tell me of the car thefts and break ins.

The maintenance are great guys. The night patrol has changed. The previous men we had were very good.

There are many who are happy living in Sanford Landing. I wish you the best.

I liked living in Sanford because of the safety issue I will be moving.
