I have been living at Sanford Landing for over 2 years and LOVE this place.
I attend Delta Connection Academy and have been to many of the other apartments in the area, where some of my friends live. I can without a doubt say that this is the best place to live. The staff is very friendly and the property is well keept.
I feel safe in this area and would not live here with my family if it was not safe.

I recommend it to everyone.
