I lived in Sanford Landing for one year, but unfortunately had to leave due to money constraints (of no one's fault but by my own bad planning). During my stay, however, it was very pleasant. The office staff is very friendly and helped me out during a time of need. The area surrounding the apartment complex is, of course, not the greatest part of Sanford, but the apartments themselves feel like they were cut out of a nicer neighborhood and pasted right in the middle. It's beautiful comparing it to the complex next door that looks like the projects. I felt safe walking around at night, and it was convenient to have the laundry room next door. We would often leave our clothes washing with no worry that they wouldn't be there when we got back. There were a few break-ins, if I recall, but the staff was prompt in letting us know, and having the police increase the patrols at night.

The apartments themselves were very nice, from the lofts to the garden apartments. Very spacious and homey feeling. Everything was in clean and working order when I moved in. The pool was kept very clean, and the social events were nice.

Overall, I think it was a great place to live, and the staff truly does take care of their occupants well. I would definitely recommend.
