I actually found Sanford Landing through friends that I met years back who have lived there, and still do. I was pleasantly surprised at the layout, as well as the helpful staff and easy parking availability. I spent a large amount of time there at several friend's places before moving into the complex myself. I really feel at home here, and despite being located off of a major road, I still find it peaceful and easy to get work done. It's also close to all major retail/grocery stores as well, which is a nice bonus. Monthly payments are not bad at all compared to other places nearby. Highly recommended.
