Seminole Pointe needs to be more carefully, with the type of people the rent out to.
The Staff need to be more friendly.

Please tell me how they are supposed to filter out who they should rent to...Ok someone walks in with bagging clothes and a wife beater that means they sell drugs...no they shouldn't approve them....HELLO...I know if i walked in not dressed to perfection I would still like to be given an equal chance just as well as the person who walks in a suit. Can WE say LAWSUIT, or Equal opportunity!!....how should they attempt to be more carefull, with the type of people they rent out to with out breaking the law. they stopped doing things like that in like 1995...:/
