Lets see you first have to sign an argeement stateing that you will follow all rules and procedures, i think this is to benfit the management. The pool was a nightmare, kids running all over the place (no adult in sight) i didnt know you could ride your bike into the pool-must be a new thing to do. Hated to leave after dark, fear of a mugging or worse. The staff was like they had no time for you Had to wait 3 days for a work order to be placed-good thing it was nothing major. Dont even think of being a day late on your rent, I understand that they have a job to do but sometimes you just plain forget what day of the month it is. I do believe that if the staff really took the time to consider whom they rent to the place would be much nicer, it seemed to me that they were more concerned with haveing a "full house" than anything else.

wait a sec...you say if they took a minute to consider whom they rent to they would have a nicer place.How? you just said you forgot what day of the month it is...must have done that 2 days in a row, because they don't charge you a late fee if you pay on the second...so obviously they do take the time to realize that people do forget what day it is, but come on 2 days in a row? I know I go to work every day to make money to pay bills...how do you forget the most important bill of all!! RENT!! Now again what does them taking the time to consider who they are renting to make things better. with all the complaints it looks like everyone just wants to do as they please not live in a nice community. You can't have your cake and eat it too. If you want to make money like a lawyer does than you have to sacrifice the street clothes and dress like a lawyer..so if you want to show off a nice clean community you have to leave all the dirty,lazy habits else where inorder to have a nicer place.
